Before repair is asked for; ...
- During repair period, it takes one month by the situation from approximately two weeks.
- We do not perform correspondence of replacement during repair custody period.
- When we get up for repair such as electronic note, PC-related article, we cannot carry responsibility of data on our back.

- It becomes out of the following cases, guarantee object and may become paid repair of term of a guarantee.
(1) Trouble, the damage by shock, fall, the inappropriate handling and unfair repair, remodeling.
(2) Trouble, the damage by influence of natural disaster, the water wet, thunderbolt, damage from salt breeze, abnormal voltage and other crises.
(3) Irregularity of regular lighting (non-lighting) and indication of some dots of liquid crystal panel.
(4) Malfunction except dirt and the product body of exterior including malfunction of attached software.
(5) Exchange of consumption parts.
- At the time of paid repair, we may charge estimate fee.
- There is outside product targeted for guarantees such as expendable supplies or bulk product.
- When Kojima has repair product,
(when long-term guarantee is finished out of maker term of a guarantee and period and there is not and does not attach long-term guarantee) has product not to be able to take partly other than long-term guarantee.
