Cancellation

(1) When cancel is hoped for visitor

As it may not be available about import, setting of large product by building, we recommend prior estimate.

  • Maker direct shipment product cannot accept cancellation, return of goods in nature of product arrangement.

(2) When we cancel from us

※We may cancel the following cases.

  • When approval is not provided as a result of examination with engine of the payee
  • When the arrival in maker becomes undecided and when prospect of the arrival is not in sight with production completion product for a long term
  • When we take order beyond amount restrictions with limited product
  • When it is clear that price displayed in this site is wrong in comparison with market price market price
  • When, in this site, resale, order for the purpose of profit are received

Returned goods

(1) About returned goods of visitor circumstances

  • As it is limited within eight days, after arrival of product, I would like notification beforehand to our support center.

  • About returned goods, we confirm the situation at the time of advance notice from visitor. Besides we may not accept return of goods by contents.

    There is not accepting of returning goods. Thank you for your understanding beforehand.

  • (5) C.O.D. delivery
    In account in the name of other side sending, we make transfer.

  • (6) About net point
    Point that we returned when you purchased reduces from point account of visitor when our business formalities were completed. When the point balance adversely affects in reducing, we deduct than the amount of repayment. Thank you for your understanding beforehand. When the points are used at the time of payment, it is at point in time when returned goods processing completed timeliness to return the points for the use in us.

(3) In the case of initial defectiveness

  • We file for product exchange immediately. Excuse me, but at first I would like notification by all means to our support center.
  • We bear delivery charges when it is sent back in us.
